Blackjack Lane is excited to provide the “Client Arena”, a portal for all of our clients where they can access important barn information, keep up with events and appointments, connect with other barn clients and even post in-barn classified ads for horse and rider tack, clothing and supplies.

Barn Bulletin Board
This is the landing page and central spot for information in the Client Arena. From here you can access the menu to navigate to other pages within the portal and find notices, important information and everything you need to register for and track your upcoming events.
My Account
The account page allows you to manage your client account login for the website. You can change your email or your password and choose your privacy setting for the Barn Directory. Additionally, your account page will list your upcoming events and track any ads you have submitted to the barn classifieds.
Client Documents
This page has access to all the documents needed for lessons and boarding with Blackjack Lane. We are currently working to update our document page and contract signing process, so please stay tuned.
Calendar
The Barn Calendar page is a full calendar listing all of our horse shows, appointments and other events. You can browse the calendar and click on events to learn more and to register. There are also upcoming event listings on the Barn Bulletin Board and a separate Lesson Schedule that shows when lessons are taking place at the barn.
Event Registration – Registering for events will both inform barn management of your intention to attend an event or make an appointment and provide you with a list and email reminders of your upcoming events. Having this system to keep all events and attendees organized provides us with a much more efficient and reliable system than trying to keep up with multiple email, text and verbal requests. You may register more than one rider/horse from your account by clicking the “Add Rider/Horse” link on the registration form. We encourage clients to register themselves for:
- Horse Shows
- Vet, Chiropractic and Magna-wave appointments
- Special Events (ex. Clinics)
- Open private lesson slots (*this does not apply to recurring weekly lessons)
Barn Management has the ability to register clients into events and will place your horse into the appropriate farrier group and other events as necessary. There is a lesson schedule for reference on the Barn Bulletin Board, however we are not registering clients into recurring weekly lesson spots at this time.
Barn Directory
This is where clients can get to know other barn members. This can only be viewed by other barn clients, not the public. Please fill out your profile and put some photos up to brighten this space (Use the Settings icon on the My Profile page)! The only information that will be displayed to other barn clients from your profile are rider names, email and horse names. ALL OTHER INFORMATION IN YOUR PROFILE IS PRIVATE TO ONLY YOU AND THE BARN MANAGEMENT. The information provided is important to us for keeping up with our people and horses, so please try to fill it out as completely as possible. If you choose not to be part of the Barn Directory, you can opt out in the privacy section of your account, however we still ask that you complete your profile for use by barn management.
Classified Ads
Has your kid outgrown that brand new show coat way too quick? Your horse needs a new type of saddle pad, again?! The Classified Ad section allows you to buy, sell, trade or just give away tack, clothing and supplies in transactions with other barn members. Just post an ad with a few photos. When you “contact seller” on the ad it will send an email to the seller. All transactions are the responsibility of seller and buyer only, Blackjack Lane will not get involved in any disputes. Please be courteous to your barn mates and only post appropriate horse/barn/rider related items.
